- All services are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, the service will be redone or corrected within 2 days. After that period, we cannot make any further changes.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- We accept cash, Zelle, and credit cards as forms of payment.
- We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings during your visit.
- If you are experiencing any health or skin issues, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for everyone’s safety.
- Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
